Guarantee
We have been making the headsets for 3
years and the crystal stays on. In case a couple of crystals fall
off, we have included our great glue and extra swarovski crystals in
the package. For you to use. In case of bigger problems, you have
guarantee
of a year on the crystal, and you can send it back for repair.
We are
not responsible if the headset itself will break. Sorry.
We have done a lot of research after glue, and we have our own glue
made. It is flexible and strong. So the crystal will not fall off when
you bump it. Do please be careful with our item, as it is a piece of
jewelry. There is crystal on there, and like glass, it can break if you
are rough with it.
Delivery times
The pink one is on stock, the other headphones will have to be made for you. This takes 3 weeks.
Are you in Holland?
You can always come visit us to look at the headphones in real life. We are
located in big building with loads of creative companies at 10 minute
walk from the Hague central station, and plenty of parking.
VAT:
!!! TAX outside EU: If you are from outside the eu, we can send it
excluding vat. (you save the 19% on the price above on Dutch tax)
!!! TAX EU Company outside holland: If you are from inside the EU and you have a company. Please send
us proof of your company VAT number. You can order it excluding Dutch
VAT.
Payment
We accept money transfers to our account in Europe.
We can take credit cards trough paypal (fee 3%). If you are in the Netherlands you can also pay cash.
Regarding terms: before we start on your custom, please transfer 50% of
the amount. Before we send it we would like to have the other 50%. You
can see pictures and so before we send it, so you can check if you are
happy with it.
If it arrives and you are not happy, let us know and we
will find a solution to solve your problem.
Package
Your headset comes in its own nice wooden case and protective bags. It is really a gift package!
