Nah! We have special pattented glue made for us, and we have been working with this since 2006, and it has never disappointed us.
We always enclose some extra crystal and glue in your package, so in case of emergency you can use that.
You also have a year of guarantee on the crystal work on the headphones.
Please let us know if there are any problems. We are always ready to help you out.
Mind you: do not put the headset in the water: it is not good for the headphones or the rhinestones.

- Swarovski rhinestones or crystal, what is so special about that?
Swarovski Crystal has an amazing sparkle that competitors can not measure up to. That why it is called the near diamond.
Swarovski has the method to cut the crystal in an special manner that the reflection is optimal. For our headphones we only use the best stuff. This you can see in the result.

- But...what if my headphones breaks? Should I just chuck it away or put it with my mum on the mantle piece?
Hmm, yes. Breaking your custom headset is quite a bummer.
First: be a bit carefull with it. It is like glass pieces on a headphone, and glass can break. If that happens the crytal will still stick to the headphones, but it looses some of the reflection.
Second: Please do not put it in water: the crystal and the headphones do not like it..
Third: Pioneer and Sony (sorry guys) have fragile joints. and are ofthen the first ones to break. For that i tend to recommend technics. I realy do not have stock in them but i just like it if people can enjoy their headphones for a long time. Do not ask me about sound quality: you probably know that better!
We but our headphones from the suppliers and you should have a year guarantee on it. It is possible that they get a bit odd as they cannot recognise their headphones under the thick layer of crystal.
But it is possible to peel the crystal of the broken parts and repair it.
But... then you have some parts of your headset uncrystallised...

- How did you come up with a business like this?
A question i get really often... to be honest... I am not really sure.
In 2005 I started with telephones. But i thought: lets do marketing. DJ's are cool, lets do DJ headphones. So I googled and found a really pretty DJ lady: Joyce Mercedes. And asked her if i could do her headphones. She loved he idea. And we made the skull headphones for her.
The I took some pictures and made a press article. I send it to magazines, en bling affair got into DJ Mag and Linda. Then the Management or Roger Sanchez saw them, loved it, and ordered one. Then came Axwell, and many more followed. we have just stood on the winter music conference with a stand in march. Which has been a great experience.
Now we have also expanded into microphones. But the most exiting this is: the new custom DJ lines. We can help you with making your own custom headphones that can be sold in the stores, with or without bling, stitching or printing. We look forward to growing up just a bit and proceeding our path to world domination (-;.

- Can I order Swarovski crystal components from you and do it myself?
Yes you can, we have a special package called the pimppack, mail us.
It contains everything your need to pimp your own item. From the perfect glue, to instructions, pick us sticks and the works.

- You are a website, how do I know if I can trust you?
We fully understand that you might find it scary to send your dj headset or phone to a person you don't know. That is why we have been open and clear about our address and cell phone details and pictures.
You can come and visit us, and take a look at our examples and colors if you are not sure. Please feel free to get in contact in any way, we love to hear your feedback or receive email (except for spam, please don't spam us..).
We are also registered with the chamber of commerce in Holland. So we are a fully legal, taxpaying fun loving company.
We also trade trough some jewelers, shops and trough petdesign (the exclusive pet product store in Holland, Den Bosch for the people in the know) and you can also deliver your telephone there and pick it up there. We have many happy customers we can connect you to as well. So please, in case of doubt, just call Suzanne, we are real people!

- What is your return policy?
As our designs are made and designed for you all sales are final. We start our work after we have both agreed on the work you would like done.
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution for the problem.
If you do not like the work we have done on your phone, we will refund you. We have honestly never had a complaint about the design from a customer. We really spend a lot of time on making sure we know what you like.

- How do I know if a Item is crystallized by Bling Affair?
All items that we crystallize carry our logo. Except for that it looks hot, we also register the item, and if it is lost and found and are made aware, we personally contact you and treat you to the good news. We only use real swarovski as we believe in real quality, and not settling for less.

- Wat nou als de koptelefoon kapot gaat?
Ja, het is zonde als je custom headset kapot gaat. Maar ten eerste: wees
voorzichtig met je headset. Kristal is een soort glas, en kan dus breken
tijdens een val. Ten tweede:Maak je headphones niet nat, hier kunnen de headset
en kristallen niet tegen. Ten derde: Pioneer en Sony (sorry!) zijn het
breekbaarst, dus we raden technics aan.
Wij kopen onze headsets van de leverancier en waardoor er een jaar garantie
op zit. Maar het kan zijn dat ze er wat moeite mee hebben door het kristal.
Voor ons is het altijd mogelijk om een deel van de kristallen te vervangen op
de plaats waar de headset kapot of gemaakt is.
