How much
is it to get something crystallized?
How much would you pay for a bling affair Item?
Your item is specially custom designed and made for you. Our
work is all handmade in Holland at our office, and the average
phone takes about 1400 real Swarovski crystals and about 8 hours
to design and create your article. It is a lot of work. For a
fully crystallized specially for you designed phone, including
tax and shipping within holland it will be around €295, depending
on the size of your phone.

Can I order
Swarovski crystal components from you and do it myself?
Yes you can, we have a special package called the pimppack. It
contains everything your need to pimp your own item. From the
perfect glue, to instructions, pick us sticks and the works. The
small pack contain 300 crystals, the large one 1000 crystals.
The stones are slightly larger than the ones we use for bling
affair. It still looks awesome but it is less work!
You can order the stones for 9,90 per 144, and the base pack is
15 euro's. So mix and match your own color combinations.

You are a website, how do I know
if I can trust you?
We fully understand that you might find it scary to send your
dj headset or phone to a person you don't know. That is why we
have been open and clear about our address and cell phone details
and pictures.
You can come and visit us, and take a look at our examples and
colours if you are not sure. Please feel free to get in contact
in any way, we love to hear your feedback or receive email (except
for spam, please don't spam us..).
We are also registered with the chamber of commerce in Holland.
So we are a fully legal, taxpaying fun loving company.
We also trade trough some jewelers, shops and trough petdesign
(the exclusive pet product store in Holland, Den Bosch for the
people in the know) and you can also deliver your telephone there
and pick it up there. We have many happy customers we can connect
you to as well. So please, in case of doubt, just call Suzanne,
we are real people with a mad business!
Does my goody still fit the charger
after it has been crystallized?
The charger wire is never really the problem. But if you want
to make sure, send the charger, or the item you still want it
to fit in with it, and we will make sure it’s a snug and
good looking!
Do the crystals stay on?
We have tried and tested many glues (think throwing phones
against walls).
Our binding process is really good and you will have to do your
best to get the stones off. Just in case of a Crystal-Loss, we
will enclose some stones that are included in your design, and
our special glue.
Our glue is the company secret, it has taken a lot of time and
efford to find the perfect glue, and it is made for us especially.
Many brands have trouble with the glue, such as hi bling bling.
We also repair telephones of other brands that have a case of
serious crystal loss.
What is your return policy?
As our designs are made and designed for you all sales are final.
We start our work after we have both agreed on the work you like

If you receive your item and it is damaged, please
contact us within 72 hours.
If you do not like the work we have done on your
phone, we will refund you. We have honestly never had a complaint
about the design from a customer. We really spend a lot of time
on making sure we know what you like.
How
long does it take before I have my stuff back?
After we receive your item we will start working on it, it will
take a maximum of 4 tot 5 working days before we send it back
to your with registered mail. In general we will start working
on it the day it comes in, and we will send it back as soon as
we are done. If you come by and drop it off, it can be that you
can pick it up in the evening, just call us to arrange something.
Of course exceptions to the rules are possible,
contact us when you need special arrangements. We have possibilities
for a temporary loan telephone.
Is it possible to
borrow a phone for the time mine is gone?
Yes it is, you can borrow a simlock free phone free of charge
but you will have to pay the shipping.
How do I know if a Item
is crystallized by Bling Affair?
All items that we crystallize carry our logo. Except for that
it looks hot, we also register the item, and if it is lost and
found and are made aware, we personally contact you and treat
you to the good news. We only use real swarovski as we believe
in real quality, and not settling for less.
Would you do my doorbell
or car?
We crystallize almost anything you like, we would like to hear
about your ideas!
What to do if a
crystal falls off?
We enclose a couple of extra stones in your colors in case this
happens. Stick it up with the glue that is included in the crystallisation.
Done.
Like with every phone, they are delicate objects,
and shouldn't be thrown around. You don’t send your phone
back to the manufacturer if you scratch it. Our Swarovski crystals
are the strongest on the market and stay beautiful and shiny for
a long time. Unlike inferior glass or plastic crystals. The glue
we use protects your phone against impact. So see it as an extra
protection layer for your phone.
If there is real damage, give us a call and we
will take care of your goody.
What if I have to move or cancel
my appointment?
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We have reserved
your space, and ordered the stones that you need, so we need to
know if your item isn't going to its scheduled beauty session.
